Everything reaches the same small team. Put the category in the subject line so it lands in the right place.
Corrections
Subject: Correction. Include the page URL and the specific sentence you think is wrong. If you can, point at the source that contradicts it. Corrections are the highest priority mail we get, and applying one updates the page's updated date.
Editorial enquiries
Subject: Editorial. Questions about a definition, a claim, a source we should be reading, or a term we have missed from the glossary. We add terms to the glossary when people use them and the sources support a definition.
Partnerships and licensing
Subject: Partnership. Syndication, republication and licensing requests. We do not sell coverage, rankings, or positive write-ups, and we do not publish sponsored articles.
Privacy and data requests
Subject: Privacy. Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. See the Privacy Policy for what that realistically amounts to, which is usually nothing or one email address.

What we cannot help with
We get asked these often, so to save you the wait:
- “Was this written by AI?” We cannot answer that, and we do not run a detector. Text detectors produce confident answers that are frequently wrong, and we will not hand you one. See our page on how to identify AI slop for what you can actually judge for yourself.
- “Remove this content about me.” We only control pages on this site. Content on another platform is that platform's to remove, under their policy and their process.
- “Write my essay” or “write my article.” No.
- Buying links or guest posts. No.
